Howard graduated from City College of New York. He received his Doctorate of Law (J.D.) Degree from Fordham University School of Law.

Having over twenty years of business experience and over sixteen years in his private law practice, Howard has a wide range of experience available to his clients. He has represented clients ranging from corporate to individual litigants both as Plaintiff’s and Defendant’s counsel, Civil Litigation, Federal and State Courts in New Jersey and New York.

The areas that Howard specializes in are Real Estate Closings, Bankruptcy Filings and Litigation, Construction Litigation, Municipal Court Representation, Matrimonial Law, Estates, Wills and Trusts.

Howard brings to the firm his experience in the areas of business, labor, and operations as well as management as developed over years of business experience as Chief Executive of a Division of NYSE listed public corporation, as well as almost twenty years of legal practice. He is qualified to practice law in New York and New Jersey.


Alan R. Press, Esq.

Alan graduated from 0Georgetown University in 1987 where he received his B.S.B.A. Alan received his law degree from Loyola University of Chicago in 1993 and he became licensed to practice law in Illinois in 1993 and in New Jersey in 1994.

He is a Certified Public Accountant in addition to being a lawyer. Prior to his law practice, Alan began his career at Ernst & Young, one of the world's largest accounting firms. He then served clients at a small accounting and tax firm that focused on individuals and small businesses.

His background and experience gives him a unique perspective on business, financial, tax and estate matters.
